The Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, Pushmataha, Cookson Hills, Spavinaw, and Cherokee wildlife management areas are home to Oklahoma’s largest free-ranging elk herds. Private land in Kiowa, Comanche, and Caddo counties also contains small herds.

Oklahoma Crossbow Regulations
Crossbow Specific Regulations: Draw weight of at least 100 pounds, and safety equipment. Bolts must be at least 14 inches long. Devices for gaining leverage are legal.
North Carolina Hunting License
